After an extremely windy storm ripped off some of the shingles on my roof and a broken tree limb from my neighbor’s tree came crashing through one of my skylights, I called Over the Top Roofing & Exteriors to come out and inspect the damage. They installed a temporary tarp over my broken skylight to keep rain and snow out of my house and determined that the roof was in bad enough condition that filing an insurance claim would be necessary. A few days later Erik Spruiell met with the insurance adjuster and my insurance claim was approved for a new skylight, roof and gutters. Erik and his team did a great job executing the repairs and worked with my insurance company to make sure my new roof met current, city code requirements. After our hail storm last summer I hired Over the Top Roofing and Exteriors to fix the damage that was done. They were great!! Erik was punctual and offered more help than I had asked for. He dealt with a solar installer that was not responding to me and communication was great. Before we started the install he informed me of shingles being in high demand (which my HOA had brought up as well) and the original ones picked out weren’t available. He was able to find a different better product without any delay. When the project started he told me exactly what would happen and the timing. Even through snow and holidays he was able to keep to the schedule. When they finished the cleanup was great as well as communicating with my insurance company to finalize my claim. Great company and would recommend to everyone!

Erik and his teams did a nice job with the roof and the gutters. Erik communicated well with us during the process and kept us in the loop when he communicated with the insurance company.
