This was our first time replacing a roof and we are so thankful to Erik and his team! From selecting materials within our budget to strong communication, and the great work and thorough clean up from the team, our experience was better than we could have imagined. They also went above and beyond to help us with a couple of extra related projects at a reasonable price point as they were essential to us and not covered within our insurance claim.

Erik Spruiell and his team were wonderful to work with! Erik completed a full inspection of our hail damaged home immediately after the storm (within 12 hours of the storm). He documented all of the damages with photos and shared the magnitude of the damages with us. Erik and his team of professionals replaced our roof with a Class IV Impact Resistant shingle. They also replaced our damaged gutters and broken windows. Our insurance company was only going to pay for a portion of our home to be painted, however Erik provided photos of some overlooked paint damage to our insurance company and we were able to have our entire house painted. Erik went to bat for us and had OUR best interest in mind throughout the process. We were so grateful to be able to work with just one contractor to have all of the work completed! He is the last contractor I will work with, he is the best, hands down!

Erik is a great communicator and kept me informed of all the details of my re-roofing from start to finish. They were there on time and finished the job in one day. They also did a great job of cleaning up during and after the process. I put off reroofing my house for many years because I did not feel that I could trust any of the fly by night roofers visiting my neighborhood and am so glad I discovered Over the Top!

Erik and his teams did a nice job with the roof and the gutters. Erik communicated well with us during the process and kept us in the loop when he communicated with the insurance company. In addition, Erik was very professional in all aspects of the job. He even helped me take in groceries!! I would use his services again.
